I would love to have the system directly email the person who is entered to verify hours for volunteer on the system. It be nice for that person to easily select confirmed or denied through email for managers to easily confirm all hours entered int he system. We have a lot of hours being entered in the system for work projects outside of our organizations within the system.

Hi Chris, the reason we haven't automated this part of the software is that the volunteer could put a friend's email address or even their own email into this field, effectively allowing them to approve their own hours. I can see the case for the agency manager wanting to email the person in this field from within the software, does that sound like it would help solve this problem?
