We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
I would love to be able to sort Needs in Manager by the date of the event rather than by when they were last updated. We have Custom Shifts for Needs, but because of that the Date Field shows Custom Shift rather than the Date of Need.
Also would like the Site Need page to default to soonest first rather than the last updated.

Hi Donald,
This is a great example of a question for the support team. I'm going to convert this to a ticket for you so we can help you through that service instead of the this forum which is to capture ideas for changes to the software.
Be on the lookout for an email from support@galaxydigital.com.
Kind regards,
Ali

The site overall needs work and isn't as user friendly as it could be. Even trying to find answers on this forum is too complicated. By now I am sure you have received many suggestions and changes need to be made.
How do you delete an account?

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for posting in the forum.
I will add this to our enhancement board and will be sure to bring it up in our next meeting.
I hope you have a great weekend!
