Hello!
For whatever reason I don't have access to edit a "happens on" opportunity to change it to "custom shifts" instead. Screenshot below: the only options are is ongoing, runs until, happens on, and multi-date.
I have to clone it first before I can switch the duration type. Is this a glitch? thanks!- Holly

Hi Holly,
Thanks for reaching out with that great question! I'm happy to provide a little more information.
Once an Opportunity has been saved with a duration type, you are a little limited to what durations you can edit it to. This ensures data isn't lost with the duration switch because durations like Ongoing, Happens on, or Runs Until are structured a little differently from shifted durations such as Custom Shifts, Recurring Shifts, and Multi-date. So this is working as intended!
I hope this helps clear up any confusion. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions!
All the best,
Rachel
