We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We have a persistent issue for users who already have an account in our system but do not have a current e-sign waiver. This could be because their waiver expired after a year, or because they created their account before we instituted the e-waiver. So they go to sign up and are prompted to sign the waiver and they do - but at that point they think they are registered for the need, and they are not! Is there any way to automatically bounce someone back to the event they were trying to sign up for? Make it clear that they need to finish signing up?

Hi July,
Thank you for your suggestion! I will be very happy to make the following addition to our developer's enhancement board for their review:
Once a volunteer signs a Waiver and is approved, they will be taken to the opportunity response page immediately after submitting. Create help text making it clear that they will need to complete signing up to respond to the Opportunity.
Please let me know if that looks correct, and if I can help with anything else!
Best,
Autum
