Schedule tool could indicate visually if a shift is totally empty

Hello,

I would love to be able to glance at the schedule tool and see which shifts are totally empty. I see that the open circle reflects 0%-24% capacity and I'd like to see 0% indicated differently than 1%-24%, for example.

Below are our signups for today -- I thought for a moment that no one had signed up for the "Serve MSP" shift, but there are 3 people out of 40 registered. I know I can hover over the shifts and see the number of people registered, but changing the visual cue would be helpful for when we need to cancel shifts -- we could see immediately if anyone is signed up or not.

Thanks for your consideration!

Hi Holly,

Thanks for adding this request to our forums! I can see how the symbol may be misleading in this case, and have logged your request as follows for our team to review:

"Currently, the empty circle symbol in the scheduling area represents 0%-24% capacity. This may look misleading to a manager reviewing the calendar at a glance if there are users signed up and a shift is in the 1%-24% full capacity range. This request is to improve this view and have 0% indicated differently than 1%-24%."

I hope that fully encapsulates your thoughts!

Thanks again,

Shonie
