We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We need the ability to filter for records that have been created OR updated since the last time our integrations have run. The API SinceDate represents ONLY records’ CREATE date. If used, we’d miss any CHANGES to User, Needs and Response data. Expanding the SinceDate, which is used in several areas, to include the max of dateAdded and dateUpdated would allow us to capture all applicable records when filtering by this date. We currently have no way of filtering for changes and have too many records to pull each and every time we run our integrations.

Hi Alexia, thank you for reaching out! I can definitely see how having an additional parameter that would allow you to filter by both date added and date updated would be a useful addition to our API. I will make sure to document this request, and review it with the development team when discussing any changes we plan to make to the API.
Thank you for your feedback, and have a great day!
