Hi, A few requests/suggestions on quick hour entry to make it easier:
1. Allow for user name look up as well as email. I don't know all my volunteer's emails off the top of my head and when we need manual sign in we don't ask for it because we need it to be as efficient as possible. Allowing for either would make finding users a lot quicker.
2. Please, please change the shift selection from a dropdown menu. Calendar view, direct entry, or even limiting the shift list to shifts that have not had any hours logged yet, any would be a lot faster. I have opportunities that have shifts every single day for the last 5 months and scheduled 2 months out. With the dropdown menu having no search option, having to scroll through ALL the shifts is a nightmare when our computers have been down for a couple days and I have to enter everyone's hours by hand.

I hope your week has been going great! We do have an existing note card in regards to adding the ability to search by user name within the Quick Add Users and Hours form. I have added your support to this for our team!
For the second piece of your request, I have created a new note card to talk about this with the team that reads:
"When using the Quick Add Users and Hours tool, improve the shift selection menu to make finding the proper shift easier and faster. This could look like a calendar view, direct entry, or even limiting the shift list to shifts that have not had any hours logged yet. Currently, the shift drop down menu does support typing in the date if done quickly, but is not very evident and is not great user experience for the admin."
