Add {{agency name}} field to template keys for all SV notifications

I receive several email notifications as a site manager about background checks being initiated for volunteers….but I have no idea which agency they’re associated with – because I am an agency manager on several agency accounts. Can you add an {{agency name}} field to the list of template keys so we can add the agency name to the background check-specific notifications?

This request applies to all of the "SV/Sterling Volunteer" notifications to site admins.

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for sharing your thoughts and idea! I can definitely see how adding an {{agency_name}} tag to background check-specific notifications would be helpful here. I have added “the addition of a {{agency_name}} template key for all Background Check-related notifications” to our list of product suggestions, and will make sure to discuss this with the rest of the team.
