Howdy,
I send out a weekly construction schedule that I insert the corresponding opportunity links for each shift for our regular volunteers. I usually have to go to VOLUNTEERISNM>OPPORTUNITIES and sort by date, then click the opportunity, and then copy and paste the OPPORTUNITY LINK into my email.
It would be beneficial to have a table filter that has the OPPORTUNITY LINK built-in. That way I can quickly copy the link without opening each page all from one spot. ID and OPPORTUNITY TITLE will both take you directly to the manager editing side.
In joyful partnership,
Lacey Peters

I can also make this a separate topic, but I feel this goes hand in hand with slowing down efficiency when pulling opportunity links:
I schedule group volunteer opportunities using the "Teams" function on a regular basis. Some of these teams set up multiple dates. When I put together their confirmation email, I have to compile a list of each link I have set up. It becomes very time-consuming when it is, let's say bi-weekly, and I need to pull 20+ links. Currently, I have to go to "Teams">click on the team I am looking for>open each opportunity>"Copy Join Link".
Also having "Teams" added as a table filter under the "Opportunites" tab would make putting together those confirmation emails so much quicker!

Howdy Steve,
Yes, that is exactly what I was thinking! Make the "Opportunity Link" a table filter under the "Opportunities" tab. That would make my processes much quicker when putting together links for each week.

Hi Lacey,
I wanted to follow up with you about your product suggestion!
My goal is to put together a product suggestion for you that I can share with my team. Before I do that, I would love to pick your brain on exactly what you're thinking so that I can submit that for you!
So I've put together a rough draft of what I will be delivering to my team, here's what I'm thinking so far based on what I've read in your post:
Lacey's Product Suggestion:
What is the problem from Lacey's perspective:
I usually have to go to Volunteerism > Opportunities and sort by Date, then click on each of the Opportunities one by one, and then copy and paste each Opportunity Link one by one into my weekly email that I create for my volunteers.
What is the solution from Lacey's Perspective:
It would be beneficial to have an Opportunity Link option added to the Table Filter. That way I can quickly copy each Opportunity Link.
Product Suggestion:
Add an Opportunity Link option to the Table Filter.
Location of Product Suggestion:
Volunteerism > Opportunities > Table Filter > Add a Field titled Opportunity Link to Toggle Column Display
The opportunity link suggested is shown in the screenshot below:
After looking this over, let me know your thoughts, and what you found to be accurate and/or inaccurate and we can continue to tweak this until it meets your desired product suggestion!
Thanks, Lacey!
