We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
It would be more efficient and convenient if we could store the waiver in the Content>Files folder and upload the waiver file from there to the mission. Now we have to have the file on our computers in order to upload it which is very inconvenient.

Hi, Judy,
Hope you're well! For clarification's sake, you'd like to be able to attach files from your site's file area to a specific opportunity. Is that correct?
Because, Currently, you can utilize the link from the files area to direct users to download the files. That could certainly be put in the description of the opportunity and accomplish the same task.
If I'm not quite hitting the mark here, let me know and I'd be happy to restrategize!
Best,
