This is a situation that should not happen but we all know that's not how reality works.
With that said, I would like to be able to convert any number of individual responses in the same shift into a Team response in the same shift. Should the Team Leader have set it up differently? Yes. But since they didn't it would be great to be able to resolve this more cleanly.
In order to set this up as a Team now, we will need to cancel each of the reservations then rebook them all as part of the Team. This will trigger the volunteers receiving multiple conflicting emails. If we could select the individual volunteers in the shift then have them be added to Team in the same shift that would be really helpful!

Create a team response by selecting individual responses to an opportunity.
