Is there a way to edit the months displayed on schedule to sign up for shifts? We like to post our schedule for the year, but don't necessary want volunteers to be able to view/sign up that far. Our old system allowed us to customize how far we we would like volunteer shift to show for volunteers, we typically keep is posted at 90 days.

Hello Liz!
Unfortunately, the schedule can’t be customized to only show within a specified timeframe. I wanted to suggest an alternative solution in case this would help get you to your goal.
If you want to go ahead and schedule your volunteer opportunities for the year, but not have them displayed on the schedule immediately, you can set them to Pending. This status can be updated to Active at any time when you’re ready to have those opportunities made public.
1. Go to Volunteerism > Opportunities.
2. Select Add New Opportunity or select one of your current opportunities.
3. Set the Status to Pending.
4. Be sure to click Create Opportunity for new ones or Update Opportunity for edited ones.
So you know: The process to set them to Active is the same.
Is this option in line with what you’re looking for in the meantime?
You make a great suggestion about customizing the scheduling view for volunteers! I will share your suggestion with our Development Team as a possible future enhancement to discuss as follows:
“Make the schedule customizable so that volunteers are only able to see and respond to available opportunities within a specified date range.”
Kind Regards,
Bee
