Custom reports don't currently support the column sort arrow functionality.
We would like to suggest adding the column sort arrow functionality to custom reports.
A use-case example:
We have a custom report that our staff members use live when teams are arriving to see how many people are checked in from multiple teams. Being able to sort this report by Team, and then change it and sort it by the Checked in Now column, in the moment. That way, staff members can get a quick visual on how many members of each team have arrived, and how many team members overall have arrived, without having to export to Excel. Exporting to Excel and sorting with a table is cumbersome and quickly out of date for a live / up-to-the-minute data check.
