HI
We are requesting to add "Program" as a high level filter for sending e-blasts. That way we could utilize "Initiative" as a second level filter for other things. Right now if we want to send an e-blast to everyone who has volunteered for a Program we have to make sure the Initiative is the same as the Program name, because the e-blast high level filter is Initiative. Thanks, Cyndy

Hi Cynthia,
You're welcome! I agree and have added your request on our end of things. Hoping this alternative solution may help in the meantime! Thanks again, have a lovely rest of the week!

Ok - thanks….we’ll give it a try.
But just seems it would be way easier to have that field to filter by in the Responses

Hi Cyndy,
Thanks for replying via a ticket! I have added this to our notes after getting confirmation from you on the desired new filter you're looking for. After replying to you, I did think of an alternative solution to help in the meantime:
1. Go to Volunteerism > Responses and filter the table by desired Program
2. Click Export Responses to receive a spreadsheet
3. From the spreadsheet, highlight and copy the "User ID" column
4. In Communication > Email Blast, you can then build a User Filter for And > User Data > User ID > Is In List
5. In the open field, you can directly paste the IDs you've copied from the export -- no edits are needed (you do not have to add commas or anything like that, just paste)
This will allow you to filter by only users that have responded to that Program! This workaround is a little bit of extra work, but it's good to know this exists for you to utilize.
Have a wonderful new year!

Hi Cyndy,
Thanks for adding your thoughts here! Just to make sure I am understanding -- you are looking for a way to filter for users that have responded to opportunities under a program you would select. Is this correct?
Once I get confirmation, I will add this to our team's notes to review at a future Enhancements meeting!
Best,
