Would it be possible to be able to have Notifications be specific to a Program? For example we have maybe 10 Programs running with some of them being weekly and some be multi-day single events.
We would like SOME the single event Programs to receive notifications, but not all and we definitely don't want the weekly Programs to get all the notifications.
Is this something that could be done?
Thanks
Cyndy

Hello there,
That does help explain what you are looking for.
Currently, our system does not have the ability to more deeply filter who receives notifications, however, I do understand how receiving unnecessary notification emails could be annoying and cumbersome.
I will note this as a possible new feature and I appreciate the time you took to provide us your ideas!
Have a great day!

We have often have multiple Programs happening at the same time and can have 10+ Program Managers. Not all Program Managers want the notifications turned on and many of our volunteers, respond to multiple Opportunities. And so a volunteer could get many notifications and that is starting to annoy them.
Our Program Managers only care about responses to their specific Opportunities, so they are getting extra emails in their In Boxes for areas that aren’t important to them and that’s annoying them.
Does that help explain it?

Hello Cyndy,
Thank you for reaching out about this!
Currently, notifications are designed to always go out to their respective user types. There is not a way to be selective about who receives the notification and when.
To ensure we are on the same page, did you want to only send notifications out for specific opportunities? Or are you looking to not send all auto-notifications to all program managers? Any specifics you could provide me would help us see how we can cater our software to you.
I appreciate your time in writing to us, and I look forward to hearing from you.
