Multi-level agencies and fillable waivers (digital initials or signatures)

Hello Galaxy Digital team, 

I appreciate the responsiveness to my questions and willingness to listen to my suggestions. I have a few other product suggestions that I know would be very useful if incorporated into the platform. 

1.) I am requesting that there be an option to allow a multi-level organization to create an account where they can designate the central administration account (parent supervisor organization) with the multiple departments or locations added underneath it. 

Ex: School district as parent org and each school underneath it 

We are in the process of onboarding a local school district. The schools operate in a decentralized manner from the district for volunteer onboarding so to mimic that structure they are having to create individual accounts for each school. This is a huge lift in terms of the platform and work for them. If we could have parent/child relationship within the system it would be very helpful.

We have other partners with many departments that has some of the same structural challenges so this has come up many times.  We are happy to talk about this in more detail if that's helpful. 

2.) Incorporate fillable waiver 

I would also like to suggest that the platform allow Fillable waivers to be signed/ fill out and submitted to agencies. This would be incredibly helpful as many non-profits are hesitant to use the clickwrap waiver feature because it is not as reliable or concrete of an agreement as a waiver that requires an individual signature!

3.) Finally, I ask that agencies be allowed to schedule volunteers for shifts that are not listed/created previously for a need. 

For example:  If a volunteer submitted a response to an ongoing need or a happens on need and then afterward discusses with the agency, when they can come in during the week, an agency should have the ability to assign custom shifts for the volunteer.

Thank you for you consideration with these enhancements and I would highly encourage that these suggestions be incorporated for future enhancements. It would drastically increase galaxy's appeal to prospective agencies.
