It would be great to be able to hide or delete the address field and the company field in the need response page. In our case we don't want to ask a lot of private information from volunteers so that address field in particular is problematic even though it's not required. The company field is not as much of a problem, looks more confusing since most of our users are individual volunteers. But I hate asking for an address again on this site. I think if the agency accepts a potential volunteer and they need their address they can ask, shouldn't be presented again to the volunteer as though the agency is asking for their address at this initial response stage.
