Hi, Can we please get a template key for "Time Commitment" and it can just pull from the "shift hours" category?
The workaround of using the Need Comment does not work if you have custom shifts that are different lengths.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
Holly and I continued our conversation in a ticket, and I've noted this suggestion in our board as follows:
"Add a template key for {{shift_hours}} to the "Need Response Thank You" and the "Upcoming Need Reminder" email notifications. This way, if there is a time commitment expected the user will be aware of this."
I am also going to mention how it is also generally helpful for a site manager to be able to be as descriptive as possible within reminder emails to their volunteers.
Thanks!

Hi Holly,
I want to make sure I am being as specific with your request as I can for our team. For the "time commitment key", would you want to add this to the "Need Response Thank You" and the "Upcoming Need Reminder" email notifications? These two notifications make the most sense to me for what you are asking here, but let me know if there is a notification I am missing!
There is a field for "Shift Hours" within the opportunity form. I could see this being used as the place where this data is pulled, for the purpose you are suggesting here, since you are correct in saying that custom shifts could all be different lengths.
Let me know if I am on the right track here!
Warmly,
Shonie
