When you are looking at "Responses" in both the Manager and Program Manager view we need to have a "Table Filter" added for mobile number. I know program managers don't have access to user profiles, but they should have contact information for those that have signed up for shifts. We made a mobile number required because we purchased text messages. We have opportunities where the volunteer contact number is time-critical, and an email address is not sufficient.

Happy new year! I wanted to update this forum thread to let you know that we have added user phone and mobile columns to tables that reference user responses, in order to make site and program manager's workflows a bit easier. This was added sometime last year, so I hope you are already using this new addition! However, I am updating this thread for you just in case.

I'll add your request to expose the Mobile Number to Agency Managers via the Table Filter in responses and also will request that this field be included in the Responses export. In the meantime, you could create a need response question that requests the volunteer provide a mobile phone number if they wish to be contacted in that manner. The agency manager will get the information and be able to text those volunteers if they need to!
