Hello,
I am trying to give accurate instructions to people who want to register as a team. I like the "add team member" function, but I don't like that the box that pops up says "Error." Because when they get this box, it actually means they are on the right track. Can you remove the word "error" or change to something more encouraging? :)

Hi Tommy,
Thanks so much for adding your thoughts here -- they are really helpful for our team to know and review. I do not believe this request has gained traction quite yet, but your addition is helpful in this process.
I have added your notes to our current thoughts on this language update request for our team to take a look at!
Thanks again,
Shonie

I want to follow up on this process. I too am trying to provide accurate instructions for people follow to successfully create/join a teams volunteer. The "Error" message has either caused volunteers to reach out or just walk away from volunteering because they're confused with the process. This change alone would increase volunteer retention for our organization. Has there been any movement with one?

Hi, Holly,
Thanks for letting us know about this! I will pass this on to the enhancements team to consider removing the word "Error" when individuals are adding un-qualified individuals to a team.
I hope you are well!
Best,
