I have been having the problem that if I list in the "Need" the hours that the volunteers will be working it doesn't put the volunteers who have signed up for said need in the "Hours" list. Wouldn't that be a lot easier than having to manually put in email addresses and taking that time?
If it were to, at the end of the week, put everyone who has signed up for this "Need" into the "Hours" list as Pending, then I as the manager can approve or decline those volunteer hours. Thank you.

Hi, Joe,
I hope you're well! I want to make sure I get some clarity around this ask so I'm being as clear as possible to our development team and also getting the right essence of your request. Are you hoping to easily attribute hours to all those who have responded to your needs? If so, I might recommend a different workflow. Via the new Scheduling feature, you can quickly view who has responded to a need and add default hours using the check box selection (as show in the screenshot below):
Are you hoping for a different functionality? If so, I can pass that along.
Best,
