I would like for there to be a way to automatically send reports to my staff for daily schedules/list of volunteers, so they can know who is expected to come in.
The problem is that my staff is coming to me and asking me to print off the daily reports for volunteer sign ups, because they can't view it in the software, so they can plan their day.

Hello there,
Thank you for sharing your idea with us!
Though we do not offer this service, having automated features would be very useful for gathering data.
I will provide this to our team to consider for implementation!
Thank you for taking the time to post to our site!
All the best,

Hi! I would like to add to this thread - I would love to have the ability to generate recurring reports specifically surrounding user responses to certain initiatives and/or needs and then have that report be automatically generated on a recurring basis and sent to one or more email addresses that may not have a user account in Get Connected.
Contextual Example: In the lead up to on our signature events (set up as an initiative called Stuff the Bus), our fundraising team would like to periodically (weekly or bi-weekly) receive an excel spreadsheet that includes the full name, email address, and need the volunteer has signed up for within that initiative for our upcoming event. They want to use that information to see if there are any donors who have mentioned they would serve but aren't signed-up and/or be aware of key donors, board members, etc that might be attending a volunteer event.
Our fundraising team may have a user account, but they don't have agency manager or site manager access, so would need to be emailed to them without having an account. If the site manager can manage the creation and editing of the report, then we can turn them on and off as needed during specific initiatives/events.

Thanks for reaching out! I really like this idea, I just have a few questions about how this might work that will help me think through how best to implement this.
Do your staff have accounts on your connect site? If so, are they Agency/Program managers, or do they just have standard user accounts?
Is there a specific report that they are requesting, or is this more of a general request for a way to send them reports from your site manager area?
Let me know what you think, I look forward to hearing from you!
