Export to Outlook Calendar

I am aware that you export to Google Calendar, however, our company of 1,100+ employees uses Outlook so it is very inconvenient for employees to not be able to export events that they sign up for directly to their calendar. It would be wonderful if you could also add the Outlook Calendar export button next to the Google export option that you currently have. Those two are usually together on any application that allows you to export to a calendar.

Also requesting an outlook edition, I don't see any new releases since 2020? Are there any plans for such feature updates?

We also have had several requests for an option for the schedule to be uploaded to the outlook calendar.

We are brand new on the system and had this request come in from a volunteer today. Please create an option for the schedule to uploaded to outlook calendar.

I'd like to join the crowd and suggest this as well. I think having more options for email domains to export to would make the process so much easier for the volunteer team leaders. Many of our team leaders have reported issues with trying to send link for their team members to sign up.

I would love this too! I dream of the day when our organization switches platforms from Outlook to Google, but we are using Outlook for the foreseeable future and I currently have to manually make our outlook calendar mirror the GC volunteer schedule.

Love this idea! I noticed it myself. While google calendar may be the most widely used, Apple and Outlook calendars are not that far behind. In a city like Houston, we have thousands of users of each kind so it would be ideal if we could accommodate everyone!

Hi Cari,

Thank you for taking the time to voice your support for this request! I've updated the existing request to include your support, along with a request for the ability to add Happens On opportunities to external calendars.

Unfortunately, it won't be possible to create calendar events for Ongoing or Runs Until opportunities because a date is needed to create the calendar event and these types of opportunities don't have dates associated with them.

It would be wonderful if you could also add the Outlook Calendar export button next to the Google export option that you currently have. It would also be wonderful if all responses were given this options as well (opportunities that are Happens On , Runs Until, or Ongoing needs)
