Hi Jackie,

Thanks for posting in the forums! From the "Responses" list for a shift, Site and Program Managers can select specific volunteers to email. Program Managers can select specific responders from any list of opportunity responses. Is there somewhere else you'd like to see a checkbox selection and email action?
