Multi-Level Qualifications

We would like to see a multi level qualification option for our background checks. Some volunteers have to get an NSOPR screening. Other volunteers have to go through a complete background check that includes the NSOPR screening. It would be great to have a qualification type where completing the full background check (level 2) counts as both the level 2 qualification as well as the level 1 qualification.

I would like to second multi-tiered qualifications that can be auto-approved if a higher tiered qualification is met or a second log-in type qualificaiton. Such as the first time you volunteer you do not have to meet a qualification so you can try our organization out and then the second response you are asked to submit a qualification.

A lot of our donors "try-out" our organization through volunteerism and then commit to longer-term opportunities after a positive experience.

Hi, Nick,

Thanks for reaching back out via the form! While I can confirm that is still among some of the enhancements that our team has under consideration, I, unfortunately, do not have an update on the future of this request within Get Connected. If a determination is made, I'll definitely make a note to update you here.

Bumping this request. An option for a two-teir qualification, where the second tier automatically approves the first, would be helpful. For now, I will need to create a separate qualification for simple background screenings, and I can manage the data manually to an extent, but this would be a nice feature.

Thanks, Nick!

I'll go ahead and add this to the Enhancement team's inbox to review for consideration.

Nick,

Thanks for the clarification! So, essentially, the ask is that "Lower Qualifications would have the ability to be approved if another higher tier qualification was met?"

If so, happy to pass this on!

Hi, Nick,

Thanks for posting here. To make sure I'm understanding correctly, in this situation you are describing, there would be 3 qualifications:

(1) NSPOR Background Check
(2) Level One Background Check - Normal
(3) Level Two Background Check - Normal.

And if the qualified for Qualification 1, they would automatically meet the requirements and be qualified for qualifications 2 and 3. If that sounds correct, please feel free to let me know!
