We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
When I am in Manager mode and go to "Check-in" to see who is checked in for a particular shift and I choose the opportunity "Wednesday Food Prep" it then offers me all the dates starting with 6 months of expired shifts. It would be nice to have the current or newest date offered first. I noticed that this happens in other areas of the website, however, the place that is easiest for me to walk around and check to see who has signed up and whether they have signed in or not I have to scroll through months and months of past shifts.

Hi Jennie,
Hope all has been well in your world! I wanted to update this thread to let you know that this request has been pushed to the software. We heard similar requests from other admins having issues with this page, and appreciate you adding this to our forums to take a look at.
So, now when visiting the Check-In tab, it will only show shifts from the current day (allowing people to check in late) and forward (future shifts).
We hope this helps with your workflow!
Best,

Hi Jennie,
Thanks so much for following up on our ticket and putting your request here in our forums. This is a great request, and I have added it to our Enhancements board for review by our team as follows:
"Hide or remove past shifts from the agency/program check-in list or reorder the list to where the most current or newest shift is listed first."
Have a great weekend,
Shonie
