We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Right now it's all on the same row, and hard to read.

Hi everyone,
We've just pushed an update to separate custom questions and their answers in the user export. We hope this helps you with reporting moving forward!
Thanks,

Hi Ellen and good afternoon,
I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for adding your suggestion! I can definitely see how it’d be helpful to be able to have the responses to your site’s custom user registration be within their own column whenever creating an export from Site Manager Panel > Volunteerism > Users. I’ve added “custom user registration questions and their answers being placed within their own columns within Site Manager Panel > Volunteerism > Users exports” to our team’s notes to review at our next Enhancements meeting.
Though there is not currently a report within your site that would export each custom user registration question into their own columns, we could build a custom report that shows this data formatted in the way you prefer. If you do choose to do this you will be able to personalize the report however you like and even add features to it such as taking specific statistics and more.
If you’d be interested in purchasing and having this report built, please reach out to support@galaxydigital.com and one of our agents will be happy to walk you through the process.
Thanks so much, and have a great day!
