Hi everyone, happy 2023!
Now that we have the added feature for users to enter a mobile number and text credits, should an organization choose to use this feature - is there a way to filter and export which registered users have already allowed for SMS messaging and enter their mobile phone number?
If not, that could be really helpful to have in the Volunteerism>User>User Filter section. There is an option for "is empty" but if there were an opposite filter, to recognize a phone number being entered like - "And" > "User Data" > "Mobile Number" > "Is NOT EMPTY" is kind of thing, that could eliminate the repetitive nature of trying to identify phone numbers one digit at a time with the "Contains" filter - if that makes sense.
Thanks for any feedback and advice :)

Hi Elisabeth,
Thank you for sharing that information! A more helpful filter for you to use in this case would be And > User Data > SMS > Is > A Validated SMS User. This filter should give you the information that you're requesting, but please let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you!

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for the quick response! While that is great, after doing the export, I see that several of my site users don't have phone numbers entered and we're primarily looking for "SMS subscribers" essentially. Would it be better to have this turned into a tiket?
All the best,

Hi Elisabeth,
Thank you for reaching out with your suggestion! I'm happy to say that there is a way to filter and export this information! To do this, you can enter And > User Data > Mobile App Notifications > Can Receive into the filter. You can then export the list by selecting Export Users and clicking Export Current User List at the top of the page. I hope that this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about this process and we'll be happy to help.
Thanks again and have a great day!
