Can you please separate the notification “Unregistration Confirmed” to 2 separate notifications with different triggers.
There are currently two ways this notification triggers:
1. When the User unregisters from the Opportunity
2. When the Program Manager removes the User response
As you can see the circumstances for these triggers are quite different. The challenge we have is writing the notification message that is appropriate for both instances. It would be simpler and more logical if we can write two separate notifications.
i.e.
1. “Unfortunately your response has been removed…etc.”
2. “We are sorry to hear you cannot volunteer…etc.”
