Feed External IDs into "Notification of Need Response" Emails & "Program Stats Responses"

Allow external IDs to feed in to the “Notification of Need Response” email that is sent to opportunity managers, and into the list of “Program Stats Responses” so opportunity managers can see this info in their exported lists of volunteers.

At the University of Denver, DU ID#s are entered into the external ID field so we can quickly and easily look up our donors and constituents in the database before engaging with them. This would make it exponentially easier and faster for us to do so.
