Is there a way for a site or agency manager to indicate a volunteer received an award for hitting a benchmark? For instance, at 25 hours a volunteer gets a window cling and then again at 50 hours, we give them a volunteer pin. Can that be noted in a volunteer profile or somewhere else that they received this item for hitting a benchmark? It would be nice to be able to keep track of this in the system.

Thanks Maia. I will go in and take a look at the tags. This might be our solution.

Hi Nancy!
You're correct that you are able to see which benchmarks a volunteer has received in the past and, theoretically, you could name the benchmarks to coincide with the separate rewards. My other thought would be that they could be tagged with a tag that says something like "rewardreceived."
Would you envision this to work differently? Like a checkbox that can be marked alongside a benchmark?
Thanks for posting to the forum.
