Hi there,
Another recommendation for Benchmarks: notifications for the Program Manager when someone in the User Group hits a benchmark. For example, we would like to use Benchmarks to track and award our certifications in the platform, but as it stands currently, the Program Manager is not informed when the person hits the Benchmark, so they do not know when to order name badges, vests, etc. Additionally, the only way the volunteer knows the benchmark is met is if they look at their profile in the benchmark section, which most folks do not do.
One solution might be to add a "Notification Person" field similar to the one in Opportunities. The functionality would then perform as: when a Volunteer hits their Benchmark, an email is sent to the volunteer and the Notification Person.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Shelley,
Thank you for your sharing your thoughts with us! I have added your support for Jessica's idea to our team enhancement notes which will be reviewed by our team. I also wanted to share that there is a notification in place titled "Benchmark Awarded" that is automatically sent out to volunteers when they achieve a benchmark. If you did not receive this email when you were going through this process yourself, I would suggest checking on the Notifications page to see if this notification is currently inactive on your site. If it is, you can adjust this by clicking the "Inactive" box and changing it to "Active" to save.
Thank you again and please feel free to let us know if you have any questions!

I agree. I awarded myself with a mock benchmark to test this functionality and I only knew it was there because I knew it was coming and I knew where to check for it. Otherwise, the user wouldn't know they got this. There should be a toggle to "send an automated email" when the benchmark is earned.
