Currently, when I remove a shift (most commonly this happens due to bad weather), I have to use the "message responders" feature, then remove the shift. After removing a shift, the automated email does not say the entire shift was removed, but instead says, "Your response to Johnson Village (Feb 24, 2023 8:30am) has been removed. We hope that you will consider signing back up in the future."
This causes confusion for our volunteers, as this is the first email they see, and they often think they were the only one removed from their shift. Could you please add a feature that allows a custom message when an entire shift is removed?
