We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
It would be great if the site would autosave content so that if/when users are automatically logged out, they don't lose content they've been writing. This could apply to needs, initiatives, and really any open text box throughout the site. Adding this feature would being the system up to date with other widely used web applications.
If this isn't technically possible, users should be warned that they are going to be or are logged out so that they could at least copy and past content from the open windows into another place and not lose thoughtfully crafted prose!

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us!
I can definitely see the need for a save feature or a time-out warning, and how it could improve the user experience.
Again, thank you for your time and your continued support as a user of our site!
