We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We would like to have a timestamp filter added to see when volunteers respond to shifts, cancel shifts and check in to shifts. We have a large volunteer base, and it would be helpful to track this information. One example where this information would have been helpful was this morning we had 2 high school students arrive an hour late to the volunteer shift, and checked in at the kiosk with the start time. If I could see the time they actually checked in, I would be able to adjust their hours accordingly.
It would also be useful in the cases where we have volunteers who we have asked to no longer volunteer, and they will have future shifts scheduled. I would like to know if they were already signed up before being asked to leave, or if they have gone in and resigned up for shifts. Same situation for volunteers who have frequent no-shows.
