I would like a new user filter that allows me to select a group of volunteers that accrued actual volunteer hours (vs responses) to a need during a specific date range.
Why? The only way that we've been able to track our no-show volunteers is to leave their response and not give them hours. We just realized then that auto-notification "thank you" email that deploys the day after a volunteer opportunity to those that responded, is potentially going out to volunteers that didn't show up. We've since made it inactive and will instead send a monthly eblast to those that accrued hours the month before. But now the issue is that there is no filter to find these volunteers. Our only solution at this point is to run a report to find the volunteers and use Constant Contact to send the eblast, a few more steps that we would rather not have to do.

Hello there,
Thank you for posting and sharing your ideas with us.
This will be provided to our team for consideration for implementation.
I understand your wanting of control over handling accrued hours, and we will take the time to see how viable of an option this is!
Thank you for your time!
All the best,
