We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We sometimes have volunteers from a Team who served all together at a specific shift, and realize after the shift that their hours should all be associated with the same User Group. Currently, the only way to associate each volunteer's hours from that shift with a User Group is to go into the Team Response page and edit each volunteer's hours one at a time.
It would be a huge time-saver to have an option to bulk edit all of the Team's hours from that shift and associate them with the same User Group.
For example, we recently had a day four shifts with ~175 Team members each, and realized after the fact all of these hours should be associated with one User Group. So now we're editing the 700 hours entries one at a time.
Thank you!

Hi Christopher,
Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us with your suggestion. I have added your thoughts and example, along with Cody's support, to our existing product notes which will be reviewed by our team during one of our upcoming enhancement meetings. I will be happy to keep you notified here if there are any updates with this idea moving forward. Thank you and have a great day!
