Teams Hours Tracking

We need to be able to track hours for teams within the teams, even when people do not create accounts. The only way I have found to add anonymous hours is through the opportunity itself, but we do not create individual opportunities for each team, plus we need these to be listed under each team, not just under the opportunity. Please allow anonymous hours tracking within the team itself.

Even better would be if we could even attach hours to the folks who were sent email invitations but didn't make an account, that way if they make an account later it is attached to their email (but that sounds more complicated).

Perhaps there is a way to do this that I am missing. If so, that would be great.

Hello All,

Anonymous hours are captured and stored with the rest of the hours processed, however they would not appear under responses as they are held separately like individual hours.

Nonetheless, we will take your suggestions and consider them for implementation!

I second what Cody said about hours reporting. I had not even considered the anonymous hours may not be getting reported. Does the current anonymous hours set-up add these to reports?

We'd support anonymous hours as well, but only if they are also counted in Reporting and other areas of the site (for when we look at aggregate service).

Thanks,

Cody
