We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
We are loving the Response Average Per User report, and would love it even more if we had the capability to add a couple of filters. It would be beneficial to our organization if we can filter a date range and also filter by opportunity so we can better track our attrition rate.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to post to our forum!
This would be a great asset to further narrowing down the data you have to better understand your needs.
I will ensure this is provided to our team for further review and possible implementation.
Please feel free to post and share more as time goes on!
All the best,

I agree. In general, there is no timeframe for this report. So while this is a great report we are very hesitant to use it in any outside reporting.

Hi Katie,
Thank you for reaching out and voicing your support for this idea! I have added your thoughts to our notes and they will be reviewed by our team during one of our upcoming Produce Enhancement meetings. We will be happy to keep you and Liz updated here if there is any new information about this idea moving forward.
Thank you again and have a great day!
