We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
I wanted to share a request from multiple organization managers to be able to mark no shows within the Galaxy Digital system. This would require giving them basic access to the volunteer profile and having the ability to internally mark them as a no show, or place an internal comment that they have historically registered and not showed up to volunteer shifts. I believe this would allow for organizations to have the opportunity to maximize their volunteer opportunity and have more confidence in reaching their desired capacity.

Hi Kate,
Thank you for taking the time to share your idea with us! I have added your thoughts, as well as the support from Cody, to our product enhancement notes which will be reviewed by our team during one of our upcoming enhancement meetings. I'll be happy to share any new information that I receive about this idea moving forward with you here.
Thanks again and have a great day!
