Hi all,
I would like to see a report of wait lists in the reporting section of our site. The report would list programs, opportunities, and shifts, and would show how many people were waitlisted. A column could also be added to the Opportunity Metrics report, showing the number of total wait list responses.
If we are able to use wait list numbers as a proxy for interest in a shift, we can better respond to volunteer interest by adding shifts during a specific week day, time, location, or other factor.

This is a really great idea! I like the thought of tweaking the Opportunity Metrics report to suit this need as well. You make a good point about site managers being able to take action based on this data point, I think that's something that would be really valuable to a lot of clients.
