Is there any possibility of getting an option to add a Zoom/Video link to a calendar event listing or even an opportunity?

I can provide this to our team for a possible site addition.
However, I would also suggest creating a Zoom meeting on your account and then providing the link in the Description.
This is something that other organizations do as well for their strictly online events! Have a great day!
