I am a site manager with lots of organizations using our site. Right now all of our agency/organization managers have to utilize various other software or data tracking methods to manage volunteers who do not want to sign up for a personal profile on the Galaxy Digital Get Connected platform, or are not computer savvy, or are singing up through agency/organization websites/directly over the phone/etc.
This creates a problem for organization managers who would like to have all of their volunteers listed and tracked in one location. I believe that Galaxy Digital could fill this void, by allowing agency/organization managers to add volunteers using the contact information they are willing to provide. This would enable the agency/orgnanization managers to sign those types of volunteers up for needs/opportunities, keep track of their contact information, keep accurate counts of the total volunteers signed up, etc.
As things currently are, they either have to use alternate software, data sheets, or they have to send me/site manager those volunteers information to have me create accounts for them. This is not a viable option for multiple reasons.
The more my agency/organization managers learn and utilize the tools that Galaxy Digital Get Connected provides the better. Creating an easier solution and "one-stop" volunteer management option would be extremely appealing to my agency/organization managers.

Thank you so much for sharing this suggestion! I can definitely understand why you want Agency Managers to have the ability to create these accounts for their volunteers.
At this time, the software does not do this, but I have added to this to our enhancements suggestions list, so our development team can review this!
In the meantime, I am going to reach out to you through a ticket to talk through your needs, and see if there are some alternative suggestions we could recommend.
