Ability to more easily copy names from the Team list

I regularly need to send a list of who all has signed up under a team to others through email. I would love to be able to simply copy and paste the volunteer list into an email, but there isn't a way to copy the list of names from a team list without bringing the entire data sheet with me. The attachment shows what it currently looks like when I paste this into an email, even if I filter the table to only show first and last names.
