Heads up! This article is intended for site managers. Only site managers can create and manage Custom Pages.

Do you want to share additional content on your site? Do you have an incredible story that you want to share as an independent About Us page? Does your organization have its own privacy policy or terms and conditions to share with users? If you answered yes to any of these, then you might want to create some custom pages to house that extra information! In this article, we'll take a closer look at how custom pages can benefit you and share some examples!

So you know: Some sites have language overrides in place. That means you may see Programs in place of Agencies, Opportunities in place of Needs, or even Prerequisites in place of Qualifications. Contact us to request your own language overrides!

Why use Custom Pages?

Your site is great for sharing all of those amazing volunteer Needs with your community and keeping track of the impact volunteers are making! But you can also share additional important information with your volunteers through the Custom Pages area of your site!

  • With custom pages, you can share:
    • Your own site's FAQ.
    • Important events or Needs that you want to feature on their own page.
    • General or specific information about your organization, mission, history, etc.
      • You can get as creative or informative as you want!
  • Custom pages are a way for you to present additional content to your volunteers. How and what you share is up to you!

✏️ Quick tip: Copy the unique URL for your custom pages and share them with your community! You can share them in an email, social media, spotlights, or even the image rotator, etc.
