How to Set Up Agency Registration

Heads up! This article is intended for Site Managers. Only Site Managers can make changes to a site's settings.  


Do you want to collect certain information from the Agencies registering on your site? You can enable and require specific fields for Agencies to respond to as part of their registration process! This can be done right from your Settings area. 


How to set up Agency registration

To get started: 

1. Click Settings Agency Registration

2. Check the boxes for the fields you wish to enable under the Enable column. 

  • Uncheck to disable. 

3. Check the boxes for the fields you wish to require under the Required field. 

  • If you want to enable but not require, then don't check the box under the Required column. 

So you know: 

  • All changes are applied automatically. 
  • If you require a field, then all Agency Managers must respond to it to complete the registration process. 


Agency perspective

Here's how the registration form looks to Agencies when they go to register on your site: 

  • Which fields appear on the form depends on which ones you have enabled or required.
