So you're part of a Corporate Leader Module (CLM) user group—but what does that mean? A CLM user group is a way for a company, corporation, or organization to group employees together and offer them select volunteer opportunities. This is especially important for organizations that value volunteerism and want a way to manage, monitor, and track their employee contribution to those efforts.

Here, we cover:

What it means

If you're notified that you're a member of a CLM user group or if you are sent a link to join, then you may be wondering what that means. Once you're a member of a CLM user group, you have the ability to participate in select volunteer Needs—or opportunities—to meet employee volunteer initiatives. You may also have access to your group's resume for fast hours tracking and reporting (this is dependent on how the site manager has set up the group for members to interact with).

Join questions

You may be asked to answer a few questions when you're placed in a CLM user group or sent a join link. These questions are usually meant to help the site manager or CLM user group leader collect important data from new members when they join. If you didn't answer them when you joined, you can always answer them from your profile!

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on your profile from the top menu bar and select My User Groups

3. Find the CLM user group in the table and click the clipboard icon under the Options column.

  • You won't see a clipboard icon if the CLM user group doesn't have any assigned join questions.
