Are you curious about how volunteers can track their hours and responses? Do your volunteers ask about their impact with your organization? Volunteers can access and download their personal volunteer resumes anytime from their profiles! You can also access their resume by assuming their role. Here we cover:

How to review a resume

To get started:
1. Go to Volunteerism > Users

2. Select the user you want to review.

3. Click Assume User by their name.

4. Click their photo or initials in the top menu bar and select View Profile

5. Select Volunteer Resume

  • To see a specific timeframe, select a Start and End date.

6. Click Go

  • This downloads their resume as a .pdf.

So you know: You can download your own resume by following those same steps from your profile!

What's in a volunteer resume?

The volunteer resume includes:

  • A snapshot of the volunteer's hours, impact value, and number of Opportunity responses they've submitted
  • A view of their hours by month
  • A view of which skills their volunteer hours and Opportunity responses are associated with
  • A detailed breakdown of their volunteer hours—including Opportunity name, Program title, the User Group they were assigned to if applicable, etc.
