❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Agency Managers. If you're a Site Manager, click here.
Do you have a volunteer Need that you want to remove or close? You can always deactivate it by changing its status from Active to Inactive! An Inactive status means the Need has been deactivated and volunteers won't be able to respond to it or submit hours for it. You might want to change the status of a Need to Inactive if:
- You plan to recreate it in the future.
- You'd like to remove it before volunteers respond to it.
- It was canceled.
- It was a one-time need that didn't have hours submitted to it and won't be recreated in the future.
ⓘ So you know: To reactivate a Need, you can contact your site manager and ask that they change the Need's status back to Active or you can clone the inactive Need.
