You can customize your dashboard so that when you log in you see a snapshot of how your Agencies and site are performing! You can pick and choose which pieces of data you want displayed on your dashboard. Here we cover:
How to edit your dashboard
To get started:
1. Login to your manager account.
2. Make sure you're in the Manager view—this is the default view when you log in with your manager account.
- You can always click Manager from the top menu bar to be taken to the Site Manager dashboard.
3. Click Edit beside Dashboard.
4. Start customizing how you want your dashboard to look!
How to build your dashboard
Now that you're on the Edit Dashboard page, it's time to start building it how you want.
1. Click an Add Row button to start adding sections to your dashboard.
2. Click Add Content to Row.
3. Select the Content Type.
- Different fields appear for editing depending on the type you select.
✏️ Quick tip: Want to set your dashboard up for a quick agency performance review? Stick with the Chart content types.
- You can set up your dashboard in a way that lets you quickly review how each of your Agencies are performing with views, posted Needs, Need responses, fans, etc.!
4. Fill out the necessary fields for that Content Type.
5. When you're finished, click Submit Page.
✏️ Quick tips:
- Use the Preview Dashboard button to see what it looks like before you hit Submit Page.
- Don't like the placement of a row? You can move it!
- Use the Move Row Down or Move Row Up buttons to move things around however you want.
- You can also move individual pieces of content left or right with the Move Left or Move Right buttons.
- Want to add more content to a row? No problem!
- Use the Add Content to Row button to add more pieces of data.
- You can also select Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom to add more rows in those areas.
Agency performance overview example
Your site offers several avenues for you to review data about your agencies. You can go to the Reports area of your site for specific reports about your Agencies, visit the Responses area to see which Agency's Needs have the most responses, or you can add content to your dashboard for a quick snapshot. Here's an example of how you could set up your dashboard to quickly check in on how your Agencies are performing when you first log in to your manager account:
